What we collect
The five-question quiz records work type, selected services, timing, decision role and investment range. The booking form records name, company, email, phone, selected time, timezone and permission to save the request.
A visitor cookie connects your own quiz and booking records on this device. Local records also hold the TEST calendar readback, supplied brief, consent choices, recheck preferences and security audit events.
How we use it
Star Trail X uses these records to rank the stated fit, prepare the TEST booking and brief, and keep the next step accountable. Quiz answers are self-reported. They do not verify your company or team.
This build does not send email or SMS, book a real calendar, charge a payment or sell form entries. A phone number alone is not permission for marketing or SMS. Live use requires written counsel review and separate launch approval.
Storage and access
Records are stored in an isolated hosted TEST workspace on Cloudflare. Backend tenant and role checks restrict access. The public handoff shows only the current visitor’s record.
The visitor cookie expires, but that does not automatically erase the saved job, booking or audit records. This TEST has no automatic deletion schedule. A privacy request is reviewed before any permitted change; audit and legal records may need to be retained. A production retention policy must be reviewed before launch.
Your choices
You can ask for access, deletion or opt-out using the form below. A request is saved locally for Star Trail X to review. It is not an email and does not create a subscription.
The recheck list has separate permission to store the request. It never grants outreach consent. Existing booking SMS opt-outs remain honoured; no SMS is sent by this build.
